We’re specialists in meeting new regulatory requirements using plain language. We’ve worked with many different companies, from mutual funds in Canada and the U.S. adopting new rules for plain language prospectuses, to Canadian issuers wanting to bring a high level of clarity to their disclosure and governance documents.

We’re consultants to the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance and other industry groups. We also serve on the panel of judges for the CICA’s Corporate Reporting Awards for electronic disclosure. And we’re frequent speakers on clear communication.
